Ben supplied and fitted new sash windows. Which look great and should really improve our insulation. His team were excellent workers, reliable and friendly with good communication. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
Ben Padfield is a first rate joiner who made very good sash windows for my Victorian house. He understood that the last supplier (for whom he had once worked) had not met all my expectations in regard to colour matching etc of the wood and he was attentive to the staining. We were delayed a fair amount by covid but when he arrived the job was completed well within two working days. Fantastic windows and workmanship. Great to work with. Also made some beautiful built ins for the house. Would highly recommend Ben.
Ordered windows before Christmas, promised to install the first week, of march. Contacted the week before to arrange date and timings. The window material had not been ordered or even started making. I gave this company a chance, but certainly will not be using again, and it has put the whole project back 12 weeks as i had to order the windows from somewhere else.
Fantastic job! Ben and James replaced all our upstairs sash windows and we could not be more pleased with the result! All made to measure sashes with double glazing. The workmanship is first rate and the work was carried out quickly and with minimal mess. Ben and James left everywhere very tidy. I can’t wait to get the downstairs windows done too and would highly recommend them if you are thinking of replacing your sash windows.
