Excellent, expert and friendly service from Jim at BP Homecare. Really appreciated that he took the time to explain the issue and what could be done about it. Called on the Wednesday and attended 8.30 am the following day! Highly recommend.
Jim was very polite and friendly when he checked my place out for termites. Termites have been there before so I was a bit nervous, but he gave honest feedback and didn't try to 'oversell' for an anxious home owner just for a sale. I really appreciate his honesty.
