Let me start by saying our house was already worked on for foundation issues 3 years ago. We have a very old house that had an addition on it that tied a pier and beam to a new addition that is fixed on a slab. We now understand how difficult these homes can be to try and level as both are hard to adjust since you have a fixed structure tied to a moving structure.
