Okay, I was able to make a couple of payments and now it's been 30 days since trying to contact them to make another with no luck, I have decided to go to my bank to report possible fraud! They are now investigating this place since it is not looking legit. I would be careful before making a payment if I were you. I will give an update! Update... I was able to get all of my payments refunded as this place is not what they say they are. Think twice before you submit to the demise of a lie!

I called everyday for 3 weeks straight for hours upon hours & no one ever answered. After 10 mins the voicemail of another place would pick up. I haven’t paid since December. I’m pretty sure this place is a fraud I will be disputing all charges with my bank. This is ridiculous. Update: I was able to dispute the charges with my debit card. I made 3 payments on my credit card I was not able to dispute but something is better than nothing.

SO i guess no one wants to answer anything not even give out a notice what so ever?

I haven't received letters in months, its difficult to contact them through phone and their website is not available. Most people are concerned as to how to deal with their claims. If anyone has advise it would help a great deal to many; or at least have BP law group send out a notice as to find the best way to handle the situation.

I have been trying to make a payment since December, the line never stops ringing or it will continue to play the same message over and over. I’m unsure of how to make payments. I’ve tried the only 3 phone numbers i have for them.
