Wow what an amazing team! We cannot thank them enough for helping us at very short notice with a dire situation after we had been let down by another company. BP Drains have been absolutely fantastic - I can't praise them enough. Barrie and his team were brilliant throughout - reliable, polite and so trustworthy. Barrie reconfigured the waste-pipes coming out of our bathroom - they also lined several sections of the original clay pipes, removed all the limescale and cut through a tree root which was threatening to block the drains. I cannot recommend this company enough and especially Paul and Jack who did the job. I had a big problem with a blocked toilet at my brothers flat and they went above and beyond to help me. They were so friendly to me which I needed as it was such a stressful situation. I didn’t know where to turn and they probably could see how anxious I was. Thankfully the problem got sorted and as I say they did extra as it needed sealing etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am so thankful to them
