Went to this car wash last week and chose the ultimate clean option and the wash was pretty bad and all the dust was fully there on the sides of the car after the wash. Complained and a guy called back a few days later. He started the conversation by offerIng a refund and another car wash but was so defensive about his equipment and wanted us to agree to him. Paid for a car wash at the service station, given a code, code didn’t work. Service station attendant (very helpful) took my details to pass on to the car wash staff who were not on site at the time so a refund could be given. The car was is run separately from the service station. Received a call the following day and they asked for my card details so the refund could be processed. Waited a couple of weeks but no refund.
