We were traveling South from North Carolina and our brakes started making some strange noises. We pulled in unannounced and Sam was able to get us back on the road with new rotors and brake pads within 2 hours from start to finish. Sam was incredibly friendly and professional, he absolutely saved the day. We would highly recommend and would absolutely go back.

I was visiting from out of state & had a flat tire. I was able to get an appointment late 10pm. Owner was nice and able to get me back on the road. Awesome customer service 10/10

I would give 0 starts if possible. How do you advertise being open 24/7 but nobody’s there and/or answering the phone. Update your information and stop misleading people

They are not open 24/7 it is bait and switch. It is a serive call starting at $150

I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about the OUTSTANDING service we received from Barry and his son. We were traveling from Florida to NC on I95 on a rainy Sat night when we had an engine issue and had to pull off the interstate. BP Tire's adv said 24hr service so we called. They came out after dark and diagnosed our issue, recommended a hotel and then met us on Sunday morning to fix our car. They dropped us off at a restaurant while they worked on our car at their shop and then delivered the car back to the restaurant wher... read more
