I was referred to this company by a great buddy of mine in need of an emergency part that they carry. I sent an email late night with hopes that I would get responded to the next day. I will say the email got responded too quickly all to find out that the person behind the emails are very rude for me. Customer service is very important. Amazing company to work with. Great customer service. Great product and team members. I had an issue I was having, the team took time and worked with me till the very end and the issue was resolved and car was running right. Bill took time out of his day to personally call me and even talk to help get the issue fixed. This is a great man and company. I purchased the F- Body plug and play kit. Well made product. Everything worked as needed. Thank you again for all the help and support.
Ordered a 99-02 GM E-Fan harness and the ac upgrade kit. Hands down the best built harness I’ve seen, unfortunately because I’ve had bad experiences with the first two competitor brand. The materials are second to none and installation instructions are extremely detailed with photos. Wish I would have found this company years ago before having all the issues I had with the others. Definitely recommend!
Nice harness. Clean i would give wiring harness a 5 star. But....... But customer service is bit overwhelming. To say the least. I beg them for help I am not good at emailing . I am 65 years old and bit old school. Sent numerous emails because I forgot something. I sent them my phone number no reply back. What happens when you didn't install harness. BUYERS BEWARE!!!This is an absolutely corrupt and greedy company! They charged me $120 restocking fee. The harness hadn't been used the packaging was undamaged. I shipped the package back the next day after I received it. They do have limits on the restocking fees but I shipped it back the day after I received it. Plus sent them and email letting them know.
