Would never recommend this company. Can't get my alarm system canceled. System never worked. Now they are telling me my contact auto renews. Cancelation depart won't return phone calls. Nobody in their office will help.

I have had my home secured by BP Alarm for 5 years now and have never had an issue. I recently got a camera for my home and had some questions about getting it set up, thought maybe it was something I could just set up on my own. Rory was FANTASTIC to work with! He showed up on time and while he was out installing the new camera, he went out of his way to do a check on all the other sensors and system to make sure it was working properly. They are great to work with! I had a faulty fire/smoke detector. The BP Alarm center called immediately & had helpful advise. I called & spoke to the technician, who walked me through permanently disabling the unit & we scheduled a time for him to come out the next day! I so appreciate BP Alarm & David (tech) for their positive response! I’m very thankful & happy for their services!
