This was by far the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. Communication was almost nonexistent, nobody seemed to know what was going on, and every time I called I got a different answer. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no sense of urgency regarding my shipment. Delivery timelines were completely ignored, and no one took responsibility for the delays. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of the lack of proper communication of instructions. The facility is more like a first come first served type facility rather than by appt. The paper that’s given to you at the gate says to call receiving but rarely do they answer. So then you have to walk to the office instead to check in. The walk might be up the hill or if you find parking at the spots by the gate then you’re good. The only good thing is that once I did check in, I was given a dock right away. Do not call company phone number then going to office against dock number one slow unloading and high possibility to damage one pallet or case and made problem for you because they leave this in back of your trailer

arrived 3:30am they got some kind the vibe but they alright empty by 9am food truck at the morning lumper to unload ice cream

Delivered ice cream took about 4 hours they have maybe 20 parking spots before gaurd shack if you get put in the very end doors on the right is pretty tight but all and all not to bad
