The parking is bad and the receiving center office and security talks to drivers like we inmates and they C.Os like I having been waiting 4 hours to get pallets unloaded 🤦🏽♂️ this place is the worse and the fact they want me to pay for my paperwork is back is beyond wild
The worst receiver ever! Came at 23:30 , appt was at 0:00 AM, got the dock at 1:12 AM, now is 9:35 - unloaded 1 hour ago and still didn't give us the papers! Gave the number of the office - no answer Don't receive any cargo here
Shipping and Receiving are rude as hell, when you call them to check in they ask you for your pu number, tell you to wait for a call and then hang up on you. When they call you back they give you a door number, and tell you to come in the office after you dock then proceed to hang up on you again. When you walk in the office it’s like a prison the guy at the window puts his hand out For the paper work doesn’t even extend his hand out to grab it. Real disgusting customer service 👎🏽👎🏽
