No clue of the circumstances surrounding this situation but expressing frustration is one thing but that is not how this reads. It seems retaliatory which if you wish something to be made right this would not be the way to go about it. Upon reading this relatively hateful post which seems to evoke the individuals dislike for small businesses more than anything I simply wanted to say they took great care of my simple order!
