We thank the team of Bozeman transmission, especially Ian who made it possible to get our transmission worked on within a week, after our truck broke down on our trip to NC. Your people are grateful efficient and so very helpful. Obviously no one plans to have their transmission go out on a roadtrip, but when it did, we were so grateful that Bozeman transmission did whatever they could, to help us out. We surely appreciate your help.
Bozeman transmission was wonderful to work with from the start. They quoted me quickly and fairly. Despite how busy they are, the communication was excellent and I was updated every step of the way. Ian went above and beyond to explain things and gave me some simple solutions I could try before my appt date. After a horrific experience elsewhere, they made me feel at ease and put my truck back on the road again. Thank you guys !
Kim in the front office was extremely professional and helpful. I had U joints installed in 2019 on my 84 jimmy that was showing play, they were quick to schedule the vehicle and get it worked on under warranty. Also, they looked over the transmission they installed and maintenance it .
Earl and the crew (includes his son, I love a family business) have always done a great job keeping our work fleet in good shape. They have extensive training and product knowledge. Positive attitudes, quality work , what else could you want!
My Jeep quit working in Yellowstone this August. I had no idea what had happened but knew it was related to my transmission. I had to leave my Jeep with them not knowing what it would take to get it back on the road and return to Tennessee. It turned out to be a torque convertor issue which was a lot cheaper than replacing a transmission. My Jeep has an LS 3 engine in it.
