I cannot express enough how truly wonderful this nursing staff is. Alex and Ellen were wonderful... but Jeremy saw right away that I was nervous and took extra time to make me feel comfortable and divert my attention until I felt completely safe and calm. The admin team here went above and beyond to help locate a copy of my insurance card when I didn’t have mine. The surgery team was very compassionate , professional and efficient. I felt well cared for, thank you!
This place was a nightmare didn’t contact me for quite a while then sent me to a debt collector at the time my mom was still taking care of the bill and has since passed away rather than mail us a bill or contact us sent us to a debt collector I would recommend going anywhere else. Including a surgery center in someone’s garage as this would most likely be just as effective.
This surgery center made a mistake in billing with my Brothers surgery. My mom paid the bill in full. She has since passed away from cancer and rather than contacting us they sent the bill to collections ruining his credit score. Avoid this incompetent center if you can. They are scum.
