CRIMINAL billing practices. You are forced to pay everything upfront- THEN they will come after you for nearly 3x MORE what you originally paid! The people who work in billing are 100% complicit, and refuse to explain why people owe 4x what they have already paid in total. I cannot express enough how truly wonderful this nursing staff is. Alex and Ellen were wonderful... but Jeremy saw right away that I was nervous and took extra time to make me feel comfortable and divert my attention until I felt completely safe and calm. He is a gem and without a doubt the best nurse practitioner I have ever met in my entire life. I mean, to be able to say an invasive surgical procedure was a treat?
