They require payment in full before they will check you in. They bill your insurance after you already paid. When your insurance pays they won't issue you a refund. The billing lady is no help and just says refunds are mailed on Fridays. It has been almost a month still no refund and they owe me almost $1000. They do great work and are very personable. that being said it shouldn't cost 3000.
