We travelled a lot during our early pregnancy and this was by far our best experience anywhere in the country. They were kind, efficient, informative, and treated us like we were one of their own patients
If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm sure there is potential here none of whom I seen in my visits. I no longer go here and I believe God moved me to where I am now so I would get the proper care because for me this practice was 100% INCAPABLE. I went to the emergency department due to excruciating pain right after relocating to discover I had and ovarian cyst in my second trimester which I discovered was seen here in my very first 7 week ultrasound! Great staff and providers! Billing department is terrible.
My number got changed to my (12y) estranged father and he got my ultrasound confirmation texts from the clinic and now knows I’m pregnant. I never ever changed anything to his number, I called to understand why that happened and was told that without the proper information he wouldn’t be able to do that. Then how did this happen? I’m super distraught over this.
Dr. Hennessy is amazing and really takes time to listen to her patients. She made me feel safe and have exceptional care from start to finish.
