The guys are knowledgeable, organized and friendly. No matter the situation they're professional and kind. I appreciate each and every one of them.
These are some of the most caring and compassionate individuals in customer service. I especially appreciated the knowledgeable service and consistency in keeping in touch. Zane is a young man who was still learning the job, however he always found a proficient answer and above all was such an empathetic and compassionate person. Sweet and kind person who I hope will be rewarded for his dedication and hard work.
They have been full of knowledge, very helpful, and have always addressed any issues I have had with my machine, supplies, and even just general questions. They are very friendly, caring, and listen to me. Which most other places use the profiling mentality, meaning that others think that every person is a cookie cutter person, and everyone is the same. Not with BDHO, they actually treat you as an individual.
Difficult to communicate with, difficult to get answers from. Avoid if possible.
