Been waiting two weeks to get a call back just to make an appointment “ the nurse/team has to review my case”-and was promised last Wednesday I’d hear by the end of the week, still nothing.how can I have a case if I haven’t been seen yet? Looking for another GI doctor!!!
You guys are helpfull but your answering machine does not work. My phone has been unreliable as of late due to its sim card being damaged (i get service outages at seemingly random), so I was only able to get a few calls outside of your office hours. I eventually got it fixed, but the two messages I sent went unanswered, and they were about me having an allergic reaction to my medication. When I called today mentioning my concerns, I was told there were no records of any messages being sent.
Last year I was transported by ambulance from Livingston Health Care to Bozeman Hospital. I had been diagnosed with a bad gallbladder. When I arrived in the e/r, Dr Gentry was waiting for me. I was terrified and didn’t know what to expect. He made me feel at ease. There was no doubt in my mind that I was in very good hands.
Dr. Gentry, listened to my concerns and gave me insight to what has been going on for the last 3 years. I already knew but, doctor's in Helena are not that great for getting a diagnosis. I've only seen Gentry once but know I have a plan in action. I've recommended him.
