I am very disappointed in this practice. They never answer the phone and don't seem to really care. I have been a customer for over 20 years. My primary care doctor (Dr Hilder) retired and no one contacted me to transition. When I called them, I was told there were not any male doctors that were taking new patients and pawned me off on Bozeman Internal Medicine. I have now called 3 times to have the clinic manager call me back with no return phone call. Very disappointing!!! I'm moving my biz to the Billings Clinic.
The collection process is more like a mobster sharing you down. Outrageously expensive.
Our family loves the Pediatricians and Family Medicine doctors at this facility! We've received nothing but caring, kind, and professional doctors, nurses, and staff. My husband and I have both had many issues in the past at other medical facilities making us despise going to the doctor but we both don't dread going here, we feel heard, supported, and cared for here. There's no other facility near here that I would rather go to!
Unethical.
Been seeing these doctors for years as do my children and husband they are amazing I highly recommend them.
