Really horrible experience. It’s taken a few years to write this because of my personal shame. This hospital does not treat SI patients with respect, dignity or decency. I was left for hours in the hallway under the florescent lights with no socks and a light blanket. I realize I was there by choice. I was also asking for help. I hope no one else has to go through what I did that night.

Staff were mostly very friendly. Overall the hospital did poorly at keeping track of my preferred name; they had to ask me multiple times and kept using my legal name. It took a while to be seen but that is probably normal for the ER.

My first experience there was Absolutely Amazing ...... The rest not so much .... I've unfortunately needed to fo several times ... in the past 2 years . Apparently I get the B Team..Rude almost hateful or bothered your there ... I have been charged for things I shouldn't have ..1 example pregnancy tests .it's in my chart and asked everytime I'm there , I've had a full hysterectomy.. charged for medications not received. I went to the ER last night having breathing difficulties. The staff treated me like I was the only one there. Which of course I wasn't. Seriously the care was wonderful. Very kind and helpful people from the doctor to the nurses, the x-ray technician, the respiratory therapist, everyone. Their only concern was my comfort, and the doctor listened to my needs when I told her I didn't want an iv, and that this problem has happened to me many times before, as I always get bronchitis after getting over a bad cold. Thank you so much guys, i just remember arrive to the emergency room, crying for a terrible pain, thank you for your manners, i was soothed for all of you, that calmed the pain more than the morfin. They were like 8 professional persons. Sorry if i dont remember your names, i love all you. Kidney stone
