I’m writing this review because I noticed several one-star reviews that seem unrelated to the care provided by the ER itself, and I don’t feel they accurately reflect this department. I’m from Billings, MT, and Bozeman healthcare often gets a bad rap, but my experience was the opposite. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. We were very impressed with our ER visit for our son and how good Dr. McMickle was with our sons treatment and care. We left feeling trusting of his care and appreciate so much how professional and kind he was to our family.
I still need to figure out how to ensure I do not end up here in an emergency. Next nearest ER, please. No worries I will absolutely be calling your Patient Relations team. You don’t need to point it out to me.

Excellent cappuccinos. You can also get your appendix taken out while you wait! Such an amazing team, they do great work and really care about their patients.
