I went to Dr Morrison to have my Septum fixed, a turbinate reduction, and a cartilage graft to keep my nostrils open when breathing inward. She made things worse than when I started. First appointment she took a look for maybe 5 seconds. No pictures no camera for a better view. She performed the surgery. Post surgery I found out she put a hole in my septum the size of a dime by accident and never offered to fix it. The grafts are so large they block my breathing. Highly do not recommend using this medical office. They require a referral no matter what type of insurance you carry. Most people have a PPO plan so they don’t have to get a referral.
My one year old had been experiencing 1-2 ear infections a month for almost a year. We had him see an ENT here 2.5 months ago and they referred me to an audiologist and nobody has gotten back to me about next steps. I had to take him to a different ENT to get ear tubes. Felt dismissed. My poor kiddo has been so miserable.
Dr Kull is cool. She helped me be able to breathe and smell again.
I recently had 2 operations through Bozeman Health ENT. I felt as if they did a fantastic job! The combined duo of Dr. Hetherington and Hillary Smith was awesome. They were both on the same page and made sure even my smallest concerns were followed up on. Also, there nusing staff is 2nd to none. Hopefully, I will never need to go back and see them but if I do I know I will be in good hands. Thank you so much! Bozeman Health ENT
