Dr. Burton is a very good listener and seems as though he really cares. Appointments are usually within a reasonable time frame.
I've only had good experiences here, so the negative reviews surprise me. I usually see Sherry Pikul or Katy Mistretta and have been happy with their efforts to help me.
Used to be the best clinic in town, but since our provider had kids, she’s a space cadet, doesn’t refresh memory by reading patient charts, often doesn’t follow up on referrals and more than 5x has forgotten my husbands med refills which is not only unprofessional, but dangerous considering he has a heart condition. Provider was rude and blamed my husband and our (amazing) pharmacy. We won’t be back!
It makes me sad to leave this review after 10+ years of awesome service…but it’s necessary. My provider failed to fill meds for us on several occasions, the pharmacy said they are one of the worst in town for sending in refills and blaming the pharmacies. After three weeks of not having medication for three people in our household, I called the front desk and was met with a very rude Front desk gal who refused to leave a message for our provider, Who also told me that I couldn’t get a refill because I hadn’t come in for an a... read more
This is a long overdue but just as sincere review re: our provider experience at Bozeman Creek Family Health. A little backstory: our family has moved A LOT...which means we have had our fair share of doctors over the years, so I feel like I have some good perspective.
