An unnecessary test I never wanted was ordered by mistake. I got stuck with the bill after the doctor promised to take care of should there be any problem. (Prior to that, however, I loved my doctor who I saw multiple times over the course of two years.) Speaking to the front office during the year that we tried to correct the billing problem was awful; very difficult to communicate with them. I have had such a wonderful experience at Bozeman family creek health. From the front staff to the medical professionals, everyone has been wonderful! No one loves going to the doctor however,I find that I look forward to seeing Callie Hastings, FNP and her MA Ashely. They are a great team and take amazing care of their patients! Thank you for treating me like a person and not another number!
I have seen multiple providers here and love them all. I could not recommend this clinic, as a whole, any higher. They do their best to squeeze you in in an emergency, they provide attentive and compassionate care and their office staff is equally warm and welcoming!
I have never loved a doctor's office as much as I love Bozeman Creek. Every practitioner I've ever seen there (and over the years, I've seen many of them!) has been friendly, competent, and truly cares about their patients. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a primary care doc.
Our family loves Bozeman Creek! All of the Doctors, Mid-Level providers, and nurses are so wonderful, supportive, and responsive. The office staff is also easy to work with! Also - in addition to great overall family healthcare - they have awesome sports medicine Drs!
I have seen 2 doctors here and I love them both. I am from Colorado and feel like these guys provide exceptional service. From kidney stones to getting referrals for PT to workmans comp... their staff is great too and I don't have to wait long. They are easy to contact as well.
As someone that only has medicaid due to being disabled and having to go through vocational rehabilitation.. and it being secondary to my university insurance, I find their policy of no new medicaid patients to be discriminatory against disabled patients. However, the good news is that when I find a situation like that, I know that isn't the clinic for me.
