In January 2026, I hired Bozem to install an under-cabinet LED lighting system. Beforehand, I specifically asked whether this work was within their capabilities and was told their team would be “more than capable of handling” it. The lighting system was declared complete despite a core feature—the color-temperature control—not functioning. I raised the issue immediately.
