Had my permanent retainer replaced and less than a year later it was loose as it wasn’t glued properly. I was told by reception that I would have to pay the full replacement price of $200 to get the glue adjusted. Discussed this with a friend who also goes to Bozek and she said her retainer kept coming loose every few months as well. Went to Ancaster Family Dentistry and they fixed it for $60, also strengthened it by adding glue on another tooth.
Rest of the staff were helpful and kind, but when i express my perspective on my condition to one of the staff. instead of helping me she claims positive perspective will "magically" solve my problem (even thought this is just my concerns aboutvmy condition). This is why shes not a doctor because she trys to point out flaws in my character instead of my complication.
Great experience at the office with my son and everyone is super friendly.
I had a wonderful experience with Bozek Orthodontics. Dr Mel and Britt took especially great care of me. I would absolutely recommend!
