I got my braces here a while ago. They came off 2 or 3 years ago. These people messed up my jaw. Since the braces came off my jaw always has a big click/clunk when they open, it still happens. In the beginning my jaw used to get stuck shut and I would have to it free it by trying to open my jaw sideways. I was younger, less sensible, so I didnt say anything and acted like its normal. I can't give a more glowing review of Dr. Bozek, or his staff; or more stars than five or I would. First of all, Dr. Bozek is a great orthodontist, with a caring personality for all his patients. You're not treated like another person on the conveyor belt of orthodontia; but as an individual that matters and whose needs are unique. Bozek has been fantastic to work with, with each child of ours that has needed their services. Dr. Mel is clear, personable and answers questions directly. The customer service by each staff member is second to none. Definitely recommend!
Highly recommend Bozek Orthodontics Waterdown office for your child's orthodontic needs. The front desk staff are always very friendly and appointment times are flexible within your schedule. Dr. Mel and her staff are kind, very plesant, informative, on time and efficient. They even fit us in for an emergency app't the same morning I called (Burlington office). We couldn't be more pleased with the end results.
