The installation of my hurricane door took approximately one day. It looks great and the installers were professional. My only issue was the cut of the wood for the frame. It was done in the middle of the frame. After priming and painting the sun has caused the paint to split at the cut, making it very noticeable.
First rate service and professionalism from start to finish. Ron, Chuck and Justin were truly a pleasure to deal with and a blessing. Look no further and highly recommended!!
5 stars from start to finish. Needed and impact sliding door installed. Alex came out and delivered top tier knowledge and experience. He did not give me the run around sales pitch. No quote changing, hurry up and buy or anything else that I received with the other 5 companies that came out. Stayed in touch through the whole process. This company is absolutely fantastic - 12 STARS! They did a fabulous job on a very challenging multi window install a zillion feet up in the air - on ladders inside and on the roof outside. Chuck, Alex and the gang all work together seamlessly. Stephen on the ground was incredible with on the fly problem solving and a gitrdone attitude to plow through challenges on the job. Looks great, work is solid as a rock..... Will use them many more times in the future so long as the price stays reasonable as it was this go round...
Installation of the door and the windows went well. However, it took nearly five weeks for Bozarth to complete the final step on installing screw covers and trim pieces. This was very inconvenient. I had to hold on replacing window dressings.
