Despite my husband working here and selling me my vehicle lol - I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the dealer .The process was easy and fun! I felt welcomed to the receptionist greeting me and his sales managers/ Co workers stopping by to congratulate me. I encourage everyone to come and buy their vehicles here. Ace was a great help. I was overdue on my oil change and he recommended an extra service that would help any gunk built up from being overdue. He wasn’t pushy at all just a simple recommendation and a quick estimate on how much extra it would cost. I dropped my car off at 3 and was done before 4 even with the extra service. Ace has helped me before and both times he was great to work with. Next time I bring my car in I will be sure to get his help!

Normally I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. But my last few visits have been absolutely miserable. Made an appointment with a service advisor who sounded like I was bothering him, and needed to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and tire air sensor checked cause it wasn’t working. Well, he talks to me like he’s doing ten things and I’m the least important one, and after that visit, I ask what was wrong with the sensor, and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. BE AWARE that if you have an issue with this service, the department is a complete waste of your time, not including the incompetent service manager Brian who will just give you trouble. I will suggest you to go somewhere else...especially if you’re dealing with the customer service department. Don't waste your money at this dealership. Trust me, once you have an issue, they won't do much for you. We were blessed to have Nick Sutter as our sales person. Nick is the best sales person we have had in 44 years of car purchase experiences. He was very knowledgeable about all the Chevy Trucks and presented all options before we purchased our near new 2024 Colorado Trail Boss. This included being patient during negotiations.
