waited for more than four and a half hours for a tow truck, and never got a call. called them back just to be told that they wouldn't be sure if they could even make it today. Nice job guys!!!!
I hired them to handle PPI tows they don’t answer there phones and don’t show up.
I called September 18th @4p.m. Was told he could not get a truck out to my vehicle for about 2 hours it is now 7:30 a.m. And my truck is still parked at a gas station. So I went with another towe company and will be in my driveway in an hour. Not very good customer service, not even a courtesy call to say we are unable to get your vehicle tonight will tomorrow morning be ok.
