Ghosted after payment! Saw another review about Kevin refusing a refund that was within the cancellation window, and unfortunately the same thing happened to us. He charged the full amount of the rental up front and then we sadly had to cancel our trip due to a family medical emergency. At the time of booking, his cancellation window was 14 days, and Kevin changed the cancellation policy to 30 days after we had reserved our snowmobiles. We realized that he changed the refund policy after time of booking, it was too late. We ... read more
