Whenever you come to Boyson Heights, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Always, see residents out and about. They are sitting in the front entrance area, working on puzzles or sitting outside on the chairs.
Such a wonderful community!! Great staff!! Building well taken care of. Fun activities!!
They are not.knowable turn over is high.the director doest know what she is doing.they threaten their clients and families. They will take all the money they can get. There food is good when you get it
We recently moved our mom into Boyson Heights and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional; residents are welcoming, and meals/accommodations are very good. She has integrated seamlessly into the community and is enjoying her new home.
The staff, administrators, and residents at Boyson Heights are tremendous. My parents were not keen on transitioning to assisted living, but the kindness and competency of the staff at Boyson have eased their transition. They are now happy at Boyson, and my family is assured knowing that they're in a place that is able to offer them the care, support, and enriching activities they deserve. The staff are incredibly easy to work with, are excellent communicators, and are dedicated to serving the residents.
