Bedbugs!!! Beware
My nana stayed at Boyson Heights for a few months earlier this year. She had a bed and recliner and couch at Boyson Heights and after returning home now has BEDBUGS which has cost her over $2000 to treat. She did not have bedbugs prior to living there and having her furniture there. Also, she has never had dementia or signs of cognitive decline that her doctor indicated to us or that our family had noted. Beautiful place with exceptionally kind staff!
Whenever you come to Boyson Heights, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Always, see residents out and about. They are sitting in the front entrance area, working on puzzles or sitting outside on the chairs.
