There is a boil water alert but most of Boynton has there water but NOT 3 areas and they have not kept us informed !! Typical Boynton Subpar as always - boil water alert went into effect on Tuesday and guess what they finally put a notice at my door on Friday with no idea of when we can use the water 💦

Incredibly flawed. Your automated system gave me a confirmation number at 10am today that my bill was paid. I then have my water shut off at 11:45am. Call, explain that I have a type 1 diabetic child at home who relies on the water to lower her high blood sugars along with her insulin. You tell me I have to wait 5 hours to have my water turned back on knowing I have a child dependent on the water...AND YOU'RE going to CHARGE ME A REINSTATEMENT FEE for turning it back on?! The Boynton Beach Utility Department made an error in the automatic billing of some customers. They did not deduct the amount owed and there was no notification on the May statement of any balance going forward. Suddenly on June statement they decided to add the balance and deduct it from your account without any prior notification. They claim to have sent a notice but I have not received or signed off on any notification. They have even charged me a late fee for the mistake of their own accounting department.
