Best Vet clinic I have ever been to. They’ve gone above and beyond to look after my animals, they’re so caring and so passionate about the health and happiness of all the pets they see. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Had to call the after-hours number when our 7-month-old cavoodle Zuki decided to sample something toxic... again. Within an hour of spotting the symptoms - vomiting, convulsing, drooling, and delirium - we were headed to BTVS from Gladstone. John (? - the incredible South African doctor) was there waiting for us, already up to speed on Zuki’s colourful history, and was straight on it. She stayed the night and while not a 24 hr clinic, we were assured she would be checked on regularly via video! We picked her up the next morn... read more
Care. Love. Experience. My dogs favourite place on earth. And he broke his leg. They help whenever we call. Sweet props too. This is Goose on the Vet's table. I can't recommend this place more. A number 1.
