I have found one person on the phone very abrupt, she is very harsh speaking and really not caring or approachable. But the rest of the staff are beautiful and caring.
We couldn’t ask for a more amazing vet. The care, kindness and genuine compassion shown every single visit is just incredible. You can truly tell how much they love animals. They are so gentle and patient, and they always make my dogs feel safe, calm and comfortable — which means the world to me. We never feel rushed, and everything is explained clearly and thoughtfully. We are beyond grateful to have such a caring and professional vet looking after our fur babies. Highly, highly recommend!
Amazing vet and service. Suspected snake or spider bite and they rushed our dog through and were so helpful to our Twinkie. She was very well taken care of and the vet gave us upfront information and prices before preceeding, which is great so we could make cost effective choices. After a day of rest she felt almost back to normal. Love the staff, the care they gave and service. 10/10 Keep up the amazing work team!
