Amazing vet and service. Suspected snake or spider bite and they rushed our dog through and were so helpful to our Twinkie. She was very well taken care of and the vet gave us upfront information and prices before preceeding, which is great so we could make cost effective choices. After a day of rest she felt almost back to normal. Love the staff, the care they gave and service. 10/10 Keep up the amazing work team!

Called just to book in my baby for her final vaccine, I was told there was an appointment available in an hour but I couldn’t have it because they aren’t taking any new clients. Already called every vet in the Gladstone region and they don’t have any appointments for the next fortnight. Wasn’t looking to be a new client, just wanted my baby to be safe as we are stuck here for the next week at least. Tried to explain that but was shut down. Best Vet clinic I have ever been to. They’ve gone above and beyond to look after my animals, they’re so caring and so passionate about the health and happiness of all the pets they see. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Had to call the after-hours number when our 7-month-old cavoodle Zuki decided to sample something toxic... again. Within an hour of spotting the symptoms - vomiting, convulsing, drooling, and delirium - we were headed to BTVS from Gladstone. John (? - the incredible South African doctor) was there waiting for us, already up to speed on Zuki’s colourful history, and was straight on it.
