Poor work quality. It all looks grand when initially done, but just wait until you start paying close attention to detail. I read many negative reviews about the owners demeanor from years back and it is unfortunate that the same footsteps have been followed. Everything is all happy and smiles until problems arise, and then they have attitudes and excuses for everything and never admit they messed up. They are masters at covering up but time always exposes the quality of the work and the quality of materials used.

We hired Boyles to remodel our Kitchen and Bathroom. Sean initially visited our home and listened to our goals. He took his time with us and provided several options. Sean was prompt on getting back with us on a quote and timeframe. All promises were kept and the entire staff at Boyles was professional. We were informed daily of each step. Boyles kept their word from beginning to the end. We could not be happier with their overall performance and would highly recommend them to anyone. Tim and Lynette

We LOVE our new kitchen! Boyles Home Improvement made renovating our kitchen so easy. We had a three-room (dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook) conversion complete with wall removal, load-bearing beam replacement, window resizing/replacement, and seamless flooring replacement. Sean listened to our list of must-haves and designed a great layout, making sure we were satisfied before completing the estimate and ordering materials. We employed Boyle’s to resurface ceilings, replace windows, replace attic stairs pull down, and several other small jobs. We are now utilizing their custom decorating expertise to oversee the installation of new carpeting in our home. A job this large is overwhelming for my husband and I and Boyle’s will be overseeing the entire process! From start to finish Boyles has made our remodel super easy and less stressful. Amber and Sean were amazing to work with and always did what they said when they said they were going to do it. After a poor experience with a previous company it was refreshing to find a contractor who was fair, honest, reliable, and did fantastic work!! We will be using them again for all our future projects!

Just had Boyles do yet another job for me in my home in High Point and, as always, the crew was prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Been in the area 12 years and have used Boyles exclusively for my home improvements/remodels and delighted to have found them. Foreman Sean is a joy to work with and he takes excellent good care of his clients. He's a nice guy too!!
