Recently I have been and found everyone very friendly. Service was so good. I have a couple of dental issues but the atmosphere made me feel like home. Receptionist Manpreet seems professional. She sounds polite and helpful over the phone. After reaching she assisted me very well from filling up the form till the end of billing. I was comfortable. Thank you to the team
If you’re on their discount program then yes of course it’s a good option. If not then avoid this place at all cost. They must be in the bottom 10 worst dental clinics in Edmonton. So unprofessional. Such lack of care. Rude staff. Extremely painful even when done by the regular dentists. During one extraction it was being done by an intern, they gave me too much freezing or possibly the wrong one, and I literally almost died on the table. My body was convulsing for about 20 minutes. I’m a healthcare professional but I’m also disabled and low income so it’s been 10 years since I could afford to get my teeth done. Radius staff are kind, non-judgemental, and friendly professional. I was always informed on what was being done, I don’t have family or many friends to support after a life of trauma and this place helped get my dental health back on track. I am a caregiver of an individual who gets dental services at Radius and I am always so impressed by the care and patience they show. They make receiving dental care much less stressful and I’m so grateful!
The staff are patient and helpful, Dr Allen gives a needle so you don't feel it at all. They're extremely respectful to everyone. Also, there is 2 hour or street parking that is continuously accessible.
