I am disappointed with the experience at this clinic, being awake for 430am. Having arrived at 6am and waited for almost two hours in -2 degree weather, I was informed by the Shine Staff that the oral cleaning is not possible today due to the hygienist's unavailability until September. Completing the forms prior to being told this was frustrating and a significant waste of time. Very disappointed!!!

Excellent experience! I had a filling done today and the staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. The dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic was clean and well organized, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great care and highly recommend this clinic.
So grateful to everyone who works here. Phenomenal people & they provide unbelievable dental care. The front desk person Colleen is absolutely wonderful & incredibly helpful, the hygienists & Dentist I saw were all truly compassionate individuals who provided me with the best care possible. I cried when I saw what a good job they had done & how much better my teeth looked & felt. This is an amazing place.
