Definitely NOT a favorite ! These people don't care one whit about your new neighborhood and homes after they're through building homes and getting their wad of cash. They give you a "Covenant" that has all the rules for your development, then walk away and could care less. What is the point of having any "rules" if they can't, nnd won't be enforced by the very people who design them??? It just ends up being Neighbor against neighbor if the area goes downhill. THIS IS the "MEMPHIS WAY" !!
