I’m sharing my opinion and experience without: * Naming specific staff * Making criminal accusations * Claiming illegal behaviour * Using abusive language Not the best experience as a landlord. Communication and support did not meet expectations, and overall we found the experience very disappointing. We also noticed that after leaving a low review, we were contacted and asked to remove it. Everyone has the right to share their genuine experience, and unfortunately ours was not a positive one.
Josh was an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one. His swift communication, attention to detail, and genuine and honest approach made the entire process seamless. If you are looking for a property manager who goes above and beyond - we would highly recommend Josh.
