If there were an option for zero or negative stars, that is absolutely what I would be giving. We purchased 4 large appliances, spending thousands of dollars on them. On delivery their guys tracked in 3-4 inch globs of mud, broke items on our ceiling as they hit the freezer, then smacked the freezer on the metal and concrete in our storage room doorway.
