Our experience buying our LG washer was great and the delivery was just as great. What was NOT great was when we needed service 18 months after the purchase. We had been urged to buy an extended warranty so that everything would be covered. I called Boyle to find out who to call and was given the number for Allstate—-everything has to go through them—and thus began a miserable experience. I spent six hours on the phone being bounced from one representative to another in Pakistan, all asking the same questions before transfer... read more

Not me. I will never buy from this company again. They delivered a damaged refrigerator with a damaged door, which I signed for with a promise of a door delivered; but there was no mention of anything else damaged. After further inspection a couple other problems were noticed. Nothing has been resolved and it has been over a year. No door, which I do not blame on Boyles because of shipping problems, but the interior is still missing two pieces. You'd think that would at least be resolved. Never again. NEVER.

Excellent Service and Price Just Moved into town and bought a home that did not have a Refrigerator or over the stove Microwave. after 3 days of searching and looking we happen to pass by Boyle Appliance on 36 st. We were on our way to another store to purchase the items. Boyle Appliance had just what we wanted at the best price. We explained that we needed the refrigerator delivered as soon as possible as we had been without one for the past 3 days. They delivered it that evening after hours. Lynn Moon I can't believe I have never been to Boyle's. I had the best experience ever. I just wandered in and Steve was so very nice and helpful. I got a beautiful Electrolux gas range. The price was really good. They knew I wanted it badly so the Boyle's (father and son) delivered it to my home after hours. I will NEVER go back to the large chain stores again.

Excellent Service and Prices!! Searched for appliances for my home everywhere .I could have saved myself tons of time and energy by going to Boyles First, Pam was most helpful and answered every question we had and more .Ended up with all new stainless appliances and a new washer and dryer. I have since gone back to get all new appliances for my rentals. I know now not to waste my time by searching high and low. Bolye's is the best !!!

Great Company! We got treated well, got a great washing machine at a low price. They gave us h.e. soap needed for washer, took away the old one and brought & hooked up the new one and also showed us how to work it. They even filled out all of the energy rebate paperwork for us, except a few numbers we had to put in ourselves, and they attached receipts to all the rebate application forms. That saved me lots of time.
