Mike was great to work with on purchasing our first home. Took us out to view multiple homes and was willing to show a home I added last minute. Very prompt with returning emails, text and calls. And knowledgeable every step of the way, as we had many questions being first time home buyer's. Would definitely use Mike in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Mike was easy to work with. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, he managed the entire process. Mike was in continuous contact with my lender, the inspector, and the sellers agent, always keeping me in the loop. I would absolutely work with Boylan Realty again.

It was such a pleasure to work with Michael and Melissa. Michael was so prompt and found us our perfect dream house while we lived 4 hours away. He was so easy to work with while we lived out of town and was vey flexible with working around our schedules. He toured several houses for us while we were living in another town and would be very thorough in his house tours and descriptions. He was very professional and always very quick to respond. He made this house buying process feel smooth, we 10/10 would recommend him!

My experience with Boylan Realty was very positive. I worked directly with Mike Boylan. He was super helpful and very responsive when I had questions. Most of my questions had to do with what the buyer was doing. He always contacted the buyer's realtor right away and responded right back to me. If I had additional commercial properties to sale I would definitely use Boylan Realty. I highly recommend them!!
