We needed a furnace replacement after our basement flooded during one of the recent storms. The company came recommended and they certainly did not disappoint. Two very polite young men arrived promptly and worked steadily until the installation was complete. Cleaned up after themselves and then took the time to explain the mechanics of the furnace before leaving. More than happy with the experience.

I called on Civic holiday Monday and Denise answered my call. She was so kind and understanding and patient as I was describing our 2nd sewer flood in 1 week. She let me know that one of the boys could be at our home in a few hours. We were so thankful that they could come on the same day to check our furnace. Luckily they were able to fix it and make sure that it was working properly. Within one hour we were back up and running safely. This is the second time we have had their service. Our air conditioning was broken. Two young men came, identified the problem, and fixed it. They were very conscientious and courteous. We would not hesitate to deal Boyko’s again if needed.
