Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Was this provider friendly? Absolutely Not!

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
