I'd give a zero if I could. I had an appointment that I couldn't make because of an emergency came up. I called and left a message saying that I couldn't make it and would be happy to reschedule. I was told that I would have to pay $56 for missing the appointment that I called to reschedule, and would have to pay for the new appointment also. I understand if I didn't come in, but I had an emergency and called as soon as I wasn't able to come in, along with a request to reschedule. Zero empathy equals zero stars.

horrible dentistry that is money hungry i fear. the staff lacks transparency when it comes to insurance since its a small practice! i feel like there are better dentistries out there that will make you feel at home and always check and be upfront (this is the only dentistry where i’ve experienced this at) about payments!
Boyette Family Dental is absolutely excellent..
Had booked with Boyett Family Dentistry for a cleaning and checkup. They checked my insurance over the call and assured me that I was 100% covered and wouldn’t have any copays. When I got to my appointment and was about to start the cleaning I asked again if I would have anything due which the person performing the cleaning looked up and told me I wouldn’t.
