This law firm had been sending me letters in the mail on a case they represented. I called to clarify why I was receiving these letters! The lady who claimed her name was Dion was extremely rude and unprofessional! I was in shock! I asked for their business email which she refused to provide and hung up on me!!! Not okay for a professional law firm so they claimed to be! Not okay these business need professional work ethic classes! Shame on you guys!
