I'm done with Boyertown Medical Associates. My granddaughter woke up with an ear infection this morning. But, she couldn't be seen. My family rarely goes to the Dr, but as sure as death and taxes, when we try to get in, were sol. Now, I'm galvanized, I'll go elsewhere. I feel badly for the surrounding Boyertown community as well. Called to get an appointment for the next day for a sinus infection. Was told there weren't any openings but if I call tomorrow morning at 8AM, they can give me a same day appointment. Doesn't make much sense to me. Also, my 6 month check up was rescheduled from October to January. Had labs drawn but didn't get any of my results. I love my doctor but not the office. Can never see my doctor for sick visits why have one.

I just left the office of Boyertown Medical Associates (BMA) where I went for a simple medical clearance for an upcoming minor procedure at another location, but needed my primary to sign a medical clearance form. The reason I have given this office a one-star rating is strictly bcz of the attitude of the current front desk staff.
