Had my wall to wall made into area rugs. They told me the backing was old and it might not turn out well, but NEVER called during the process to say it wasnt working out well. Hundreds of dollars later we have 2 runners that are useless and one whose border has already started to come off (months later). Seemed like quality was less important than getting their money.
