The crew was friendly and professional, and the initial planning process seemed thorough — they even walked our property before giving us a quote for 8.5 yards of mulch. When they started the job, we noticed it looked like they were using more than expected and we asked about it. I had posted needing my property cleaned up to list for sale. Matt said he’d come out and get it all done and make at least the front lawn curb appeal looks picture ready and do as much in the back as budget would allow when the front lawn was done. After only a few short hours of work he informed me they were done for the day which I was shocked because my front yard had huge weeds that were still right up against my driveway and house that hadn’t been gotten to. Matt and Ashley were able to provide me with a same day estimate. The pricing was fair and very competitive. They were able to cut down my maple tree that was wrapped around my powerline within days of leaving a deposit. Matt showed up on time and was able to bring down the tree with precision and he had all the tools needed to get the job done. I am happy with his work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Matt and Ashley for lawn and tree services. Just take a look at the pictures.
Don’t use these people. Extremely unprofessional, they don’t show up when they say they will, and when confronted about it you will get some sarcastic, cocky response. No customer service, no courtesy calls when they can’t make it out, no respect for their customer. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend.
