Just bought a new Truck from Joey Davies, Boyer in Cobourg. From start to finish he has been amazing. I was doing my research and due diligence up and down Elgin street trying various vehicles. It was Joey’s personal service, professionalism and attention to detail that sold me. He’s friendly to work with, down to earth and real. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I 100% recommend Joey and his team. Great work and thank you for making it easy.
I had a taillight on my RAM burn out and needed a replacement. (I don’t want to be ‘that guy’ driving around making left turns and lane changes without a signal.) Called them up and they fit me in within an hour. Best Part? They only charged me for the bulb!! Top marks to the friendly & helpful Service Manager & Technician.

Something at Boyer stinks. A customer relationship is complex. Scratch that ! No, it is NOT. Stellantis/Chrysler has a core service philosophy focused on customer satisfaction through courtesy, commitment, assistance, devotion. Respect. Trust. Enjoy. But NOT at Boyer. My most recent customer service experience will cost them my membership in the Ram family.
