Bad communication. Left a message on the website requesting information on a vehicle. Rep said someone would reach out to me the next day. Nobody called. Ended up calling myself the next day. Requested information on the truck I was looking at (I'm from out of town so wanted some more info before I made the trip out) and told the salesman I was planning to come at the end of the week if I wanted the truck.
