Had the most horrifying experience at this location. Brought my Santa fee in for an engine recall and it stayed for a week. When I got the car back all my change was taken from my car. I spoke to the service manager (Gram) about what had happened and he handed me $20 and said maybe you shouldn’t come here anymore. There have been many issues with this location and the vehicle I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealer. Just wanted to share most disturbing one with anyone looking for a reliable dealer.
I liked the transparency of showing video for spare parts replacing. That's something innovative and unique.
I recently leased a car from this Hyundai dealership and had a great experience. Everything from the consultation to signing the contract - and even afterwards - went super smoothly. Angel and Steve were always available for questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
