I was told by the repairman that my fee would be reduced but the company would not honor his offer. There is no way I just decided to reduce the amount myself. He looked at the problem lights said he couldn't find anything obviously wrong. He was very pleasant. We spent a good part of the half hour just visiting.

My experience with Boyer: - Extremely high prices just to come out for a bid (over $500) - Sent me the estimate over 2 weeks after they came out for the bid (after they told me they would rush it) - When I called over 3 times to ask questions about the bid, they never got back to me. Then sent me an invoice over a month later for the bid - Extremely high prices for a job, most costly of 5 bids I had by nearly 50% Very unprofessional, nonexistent customer service, slow, and expensive. Steer clear.

Hired Boyer Electric Company for three different jobs at my home, and have been very pleased with the service and the work that was done. Lucas was my technician. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job.
