It was Joey’s personal service, professionalism and attention to detail that sold me. He’s friendly to work with, down to earth and real. I had a taillight on my RAM burn out and needed a replacement. (I don’t want to be ‘that guy’ driving around making left turns and lane changes without a signal.) Called them up and they fit me in within an hour. Best Part? They only charged me for the bulb!! Top marks to the friendly & helpful Service Manager & Technician.

Something at Boyer stinks. A customer relationship is complex. Scratch that ! No, it is NOT. Stellantis/Chrysler has a core service philosophy focused on customer satisfaction through courtesy, commitment, assistance, devotion. Respect. Trust. Enjoy. But NOT at Boyer.
